Working through the Salvation Army, the Rhode Island Good Neighbor Energy Fund provide grants, (up to $400 max.), to Rhode Island residents experiencing a temporary financial crisis but are not income eligible for LIHEAP. Info about the program can be found on the web at: www.rigoodneighbor.com. Residents apply for the program through the Salvation Army.
